- General conditions 
The general terms and conditions (the "terms") apply to all orders placed on this website by you ("you, you"), we mean a private person who is over 18 years old and shop for private use. The terms govern the relationship between the parties, ("the parties" refers to you and Haga of Sweden, vi). The conditions that apply at the time the order is placed are those that apply in the relationship between Haga of Sweden and you. 
Haga of Sweden reserves the right to change the terms at any time. 
We only accept orders from people who are 18 years or older. 
Haga of Sweden tries to respect the different codes of conduct that apply in your home country. If there is no sales condition, the current applicable rules in your country must therefore apply. 
The terms regulate the terms of sale between Haga of Sweden and you from the time the product is ordered, paid for and delivered. The terms are available on the website in Swedish, English, German, French, and Spanish depending on the language you have chosen. 
Only the products that are in stock are available on the page. Should an item appear as available on the website but still be out of stock, this is a mistake and you will be notified immediately. 
Many of our products are handmade and because of that there are small variations between them. We try as much as possible to get them as similar as possible, but there are differences and we always try to portray the products as fairly as possible. Should a mistake still occur, Haga of Sweden shall be indemnified. The product photographs are not binding. 
 - Prices 
Prices are shown including VAT in SEK or Euro. The price does not include the shipping cost. You will see the shipping cost when you arrive at the checkout, before you confirm your order. The price of the product is only valid as long as it is online on the website. 
If you live outside the EU, you will be charged tax and customs upon customs clearance of the goods. In this case, Haga of Sweden does not charge VAT. Please note that Haga of Sweden does not know how much tax will be charged, we recommend that you contact the customs in the country where the goods are to be cleared for information regarding this.
- Ordering goods 
You place your order on the website. 
You do not need to register to place an order, just click on the product you want to buy and add it to the shopping cart. When you arrive at the checkout, you register your invoice and delivery information. Please be extra careful when filling in your e-mail address and mobile phone number. By clicking on "Complete purchase" you accept the general terms and conditions on this page and a purchase agreement has been entered into between us. 
By clicking on "Complete purchase", you have approved the prices, description and other information about the products sold. If you have any objections, your rights are regulated via the complaint and return rights below. 
In order to be able to correct questions regarding, payment, incorrect delivery address or other information, Haga of Sweden reserves the right to cancel or keep the order until the question has been resolved. 
In the event that a product you ordered would have been confirmed as sold and you have paid for it but the product is not in stock, Haga of Sweden will immediately inform you of this and immediately refund the amount for the product. 
When we receive your order, we will send out an order confirmation. For questions regarding tracking of your package, follow the shipment numbers in the emails we have sent out to you in connection with the delivery or contact our customer service. 
- Delivery 
When you arrive at the checkout, you choose which country and with which delivery method the order is to be sent. Information about the delivery cost is displayed before the purchase is confirmed. 
Just before the package arrives at the delivery address, another shipment number is sent out via e-mail or SMS. It is this shipment number that you must carry with you when you redeem the package. 
The delivery time is 2-7 days from the time the goods have been sent from us, the time depends on which country the package was sent to. If package has not arrived after 6 days please contact us so we can try to solve the problem as soon as possible! 
Note that you must bring a valid ID and a consignment number when you redeem the package.
- Right of withdrawal and refund 
You have the right to return your purchase up to 14 days after you have received your package.

- Responsibility 
Haga of Sweden tries to give the products as fair a presentation as possible on the website. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure or reasons caused by a third party. Haga of Sweden can also not be held responsible for reasons that are due to internet use such as e.g. viruses or internet outages. Nor can we take responsibility if a marketing activity would not be approved in the recipient's country. 

 -Intellectual Property Rights 
The content on the Haga of Sweden website is protected under copyright laws. Thus, the content may not be copied, downloaded or distributed in any way without our written permission.
 
- Shipping cost
-Shipping cost within Sweden is 55:- to the nearest agent.
- Express Home delivery outside the door the same day! (only valid in the Gothenburg area) SEK 89.
  Delivered outside the entrance door (House, Hotel, Restaurant or workplace) in the same day between 18:30-19:30.

A fixed shipping cost across Europe is SEK 199.

- Residual listing
 If an item is temporarily out of stock, the entire order is back-listed until full delivery can take place. Partial delivery can be made but then after contact with our customer service.
- Cancellation and change of order
 You have the opportunity to change your order free of charge until the package is packed at Shopping4net. Changes can be made after contacting Haga of Sweden customer service. After your order has been packaged, no changes can be made. 

- Warranty 
Warranties on the product are provided by each manufacturer, Haga of Sweden does not provide any additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturer. 

-Transport damage 
Transport damage must be reported immediately (on the day of arrival of the delivery) to the carrier and to Haga of Sweden via e-mail, [email protected]. As a customer, do not redeem a package that looks damaged. If you discover the damage only after you have opened the package, immediately complain about the product to the carrier and to Haga of Sweden as above. 

- Personal data
 Haga of Sweden (www.hagasweden.com), Haga Nygatan 14, 41301 Göteborg, orgnr: 559192-5531, is responsible for the personal data collected and processed by Haga of Sweden. We follow the Personal Data Act (PUL), SFS 1998: 204 which is replaced by the new EU common regulations GDPR (Data Protection Ordinance) active from 25 May 2018. 
Haga of Sweden has updated the Privacy Policy due to this. We want you to feel safe when you shop or leave your information to us and therefore it is important that we are open with how we process and collect your personal information. 
In order for us to fulfill our obligations to you, Haga of Sweden must collect personal information and by law we must ask you to consent to us processing information about you such as name, invoice address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address and any social security number. You give this consent by confirming the purchase. 
All information about you will be processed in accordance with Swedish law. If you want to delete or change them, contact us at [email protected] 
- Cookies

 Fact and price information is provided with a reservation for printing errors / typos, suppliers' price increases, any incorrectly specified technical specifications and so on, as well as for final sales. Haga of Sweden reserves the right to change information, including prices, specifications and product offers without prior notice. 
Haga of Sweden follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations in a possible dispute regarding complaints with private individuals. 
All forms of attempted fraud are reported to the police.
